Chevy Small Block Chrome Steel EGR Block-Off Plate
This TSP Chevy Small Block Chrome Steel Fuel Pump Block-Off Plate covers the mechanical fuel pump mounting opening on the Chevrolet small block V8 Gen. I — 262, 265, 267, 283, 302, 305, 307, 327, 350, and 400 CID — when the fuel system has been converted to an electric pump or other setup that no longer uses the mechanical pump. The chrome finish keeps the engine bay clean at the now-unused mounting location.
This plate is designed for carbureted applications using the standard mechanical fuel pump mounting pattern, with 2.400" bolt hole spacing, and is not intended for EFI fuel systems unless used with a properly designed conversion. A gasket is included; mounting hardware is not, so bolts should be sourced separately. Before installing, verify mounting pattern, fuel pump arm style, inlet/outlet orientation, pressure requirement, and line clearance.
